Overview: Keeping a job can be difficult for people with ADHD/ADD. Barbara Mather’s research focuses on young adults with an official diagnosis of ADHD/ADD, who grew up in the 1980s and 1990′s and have been in the workplace for at least 2 years. Can they manage their attention, organization, impulsivity and social skills issues to adapt to their structured workplace environment? Dr. Mather is an experienced management consultant in the area of organizational change, owns a successful consulting firm since 2002, and works with Fortune 500 companies.
