This interactive presentation will discuss current organizational and other organizational change management (OCM) trends in business, presented through the eyes of the human resources professional, as witnessed and experienced by our speaker for this month’s meeting.
Focus of discussion will be concerning, not only trends and emerging constructs, but also the scholar-practitioner model which helps to inform how we can best navigate and predict future trends and topics to help achieve success in “navigating the oftentimes difficult waters” of Human Resources professionals.
Barbara Mather, PhD. will share her observations relative to OCM field, general business trends, and recent organizational considerations as well as discussion her list of requisite skills and attributes needed by coaches. Barb will provide examples of relevant theorists and theories that help to inform strategies and practices within the coaching discipline to improve the likelihood of implementing successful change programs.
