Barbara A. Mather, owner, has extensive organizational change experience at leading Fortune 500 companies, subsidiaries, and business start-ups. Her areas of expertise include general business management, project management, start-up business strategies, restructurings, outsourcing, and turn-arounds. Industries supported include photographic, specialty printing, micrographics, pharmaceutical, automotive, entertainment, post-production, manufacturing and professional services.

Ms. Mather has proven successes helping with organizational strategy and project oversight for companies that are undergoing major organizational changes. As an executive, she has implemented organizational design strategies within complex corporate structures. She has built new teams and employed objective interview and assessment methodologies for recruiting and placement of key management and personnel.

An active member of several professional organizations, including VP, past Board Member and Chairperson for the LAX-Area Breakfast Program with the Southern California Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), American Society of Training & Development (ASTD). She also has several years of board of director experience for a private, non-profit child care institution.

Ms. Mather is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program with Fielding Graduate University, studying human and organizational development. She obtained an M.A. in Human & Organization Systems from Fielding, an M.B.A. from Philadelphia’s Drexel University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  In recent years, she completed an Executive Marketing Management program through Columbia University.
